Are we sure we need Sinhala language in the app? Is it necessary to somehow indicate to the translators that we need those languages that are presented in the manga sources? Is there an option in Weblate that does not allow you to create a new translation in any language?

Don't know about such options. Also, I think, it is ok to have any language in translations. Why not?
