feat: add Open Graph image generation and SEO metadata

# Fonts for Open Graph images
These static TrueType fonts are derived from the variable fonts in the Google Fonts repository. Both families cover Latin and Cyrillic characters and use the SIL Open Font License 1.1; their license texts are included here.
- [Manrope source](https://github.com/google/fonts/tree/main/ofl/manrope): instances at weights 600 (SemiBold) and 800 (ExtraBold).
- [Caveat source](https://github.com/google/fonts/tree/main/ofl/caveat): instance at weight 700 (Bold).
Static instances were prepared with FontTools `varLib.instancer`. FontTools is only needed when replacing the font files, not to run or build the site.
