Merge imported folders #629

If the folder you're importing has the same name but folds different chapters those chapters should be added to the list. Currently it overrides it.

This kinda connects back to my ereader problem since I can't have all the chapters together in one folder, so they're split up. It would be helpful to merge separate folders with the same name.
