JPEG XL Support #606

Describe your suggested feature

Currently, opening a .cbz file with .jxl images shows:

Invalid data is returned or file is corrupted.
Error details:

Image format not supported.

Reproduce error:

Download this JPEG XL image example: https://jpegxl.info/logo.jxl
Convert to cbz

zip logo.cbz logo.jxl

Open in Foliate. Nothing shows up.

Using gnome document viewer works as expected.
