Describe your suggested feature

With the arrival of language filters, it would be a good idea to pre-select the language if available.
Ideally, there should be an option in the app settings to enable or disable it.

Not sure it would be a good idea, default filter should be empty. At least current language will be the first item in languages list

By default, it must, but if the source is compatible with the user's language, it would be nice to be able to select it automatically if the user so wishes. The aim here is to avoid, for example, having the latest updates on mangadex display only those in the desired language, and not having to select it manually each time.
Afterwards, you can change the language in the source settings and not in the app.

In the same style as I've already mentioned on the parser repository, we could apply the safe filter if the choice not to see nsfw content is activated.
