Chapters with same number switch contents after downloading. #435

Brief summary

After downloading the chapters marked with the same number but different titles they change contents.

For example "Fishing" switches its contents with "Knee"

Steps to reproduce

As shown in the video.

Find chapters with same number.
Download them both.
Their contents will be switched.

There is also a quick fix for it.

Remove one of the chapters.
The other one should now have its regular contents.
Redownload the other one.
Both now have their normal contents.
