An option to automatically download new chapters from downloaded mangas #425

Describe your suggested feature

Manually going into every manga and downloading the new chapters is a pain, so adding an option for this automatic action should make it easier.

This option should exist in the Download section of the options menu.
When the option is enabled: After checking for new chapters, check in the list of updated mangas for a status of being "downloaded".
Then it would prompt with the list of the updated mangas stored locally, ready to be downloaded and wait for the user to accept or deny.
