Describe your suggested feature

The location of saving chapters must be optional, not in an Android/data .
We hope to solve this problem and add the feature, and the save site will be in place Kotatsu/Download

File api, required for downloading, is available only for these directories. Access to any user specified directory is possible only using a Storage Access Framework that is not enough
