Cannot access local Storage And Change downloads folder #158

Steps to reproduce

Go into settings
Go Into content
Tap Folder For Downloads
Or
open local storage section

Expected behavior

Able to see downloaded files and change directory

Actual behavior

In the case of opening the local downloads section in the app it comes up with a error (without coming up with a black screen the app does not crash for this one) With the statment "Attempt to invoke virtual method 'boolean java.io.File.exists()' on a null object reference"

If I go and attempt to change the downloads directory the app will go into a back screen and come up a bunch of text
