Clean up code after review
...
- Do not use ConfigKey.Domain for supplementary domains
- use IllegalArgumentException
- use "$var" instead of "${var}" where possible
- fix the language in `publicUrl`
- use `?` to handle `largeCoverUrl`
- use `requireNotNull` instead of `!!`
